warranty terms

Vtron offers a limited warranty on all new electric dirt bikes purchased directly through our official website or from authorized dealers. This warranty is valid for the original owner from the date of purchase, is non-transferable, and outlines specific coverage periods for components, the battery, and select accessories.

Coverage Periods

• Electrical Components, Suspension Systems, and Frame: Covered for 1 year from the original date of purchase under normal use and conditions.

• Battery: Covered for 6 months from the original date of purchase.

• Accessories: Select factory-supplied accessories may be covered for up to 3 months, depending on the item.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic damages, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or paint chips.

• Wear-and-tear items such as lights, throttle, mirrors, switches, grips, and plastics.

• Third-party accessories or modifications not supplied by the manufacturer.

• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, racing, or use outside normal riding conditions.

• Any labor, shipping, or transportation costs associated with warranty service.

Conditions

• Proof of original purchase must be provided for warranty claims.

• Warranty service and approval are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.

• Replacement parts provided under warranty are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

Limitation of Liability

This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy. The manufacturer is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
