Dealer Purchases

If your product was purchased through an authorized dealer, the return policy of that dealer will apply. Please contact them directly for return or exchange requests.

Direct Website Purchases

If your product was purchased directly from our official website, the following policy applies:

• Unopened/Unused Products: You may return your product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the item price, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

• Assembled or Lightly Used Products: If the product has been assembled or lightly used but is still within 30 daysof purchase, returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All shipping, delivery, and handling charges will also be deducted from the refund.

• Damaged or Excessively Used Products: Products that are damaged or show signs of excessive use are not eligible for a standard return. However, if returned within 30 days, we may offer a market trade-in value at our discretion.

Conditions

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Products must be returned in the condition described above for the applicable refund or trade-in.

• Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.
